This is in metrogate. Near Nlex, I think as we passed by it one time, The area is not a flood prone area and far from piggery or meycauayan river

You can able to see this along the NLEX if you are bound from north to Manila. I always look at this House whenever we're passing by. I dreamed to have this House someday and wishing to see what's and how it looks inside and now it's for sale in the market.

Relationship of the pool to rain is the risk of thunder and lightning.... some pool policies prohibit swimming when it's raining... Should be same for beaches...

u asked why its not smart to swim when its raining. There are two reasons, one is especially if thunderstorms are common in countries, there might be a chance of lightning striking the pool water or a metal item near the vicinity which causes electrocution. 2nd is the purpose of going for a swim is to cool off your body from the hot weather. if both outside weather and the pool is cold then your body temperature will go down and thus giving you a "sick" feeling. That's why if u get rained on no matter how wet u get, always take a warm to hot shower when u get home to equalize your body temp to prevent getting sick.

I respect the work you put into your videos.
