The house is very a very modern design. Impressive! However I ask the question how does the house dispose of its water waste sewage? I could guess…that it is through the use of septic tank. Septic tanks needs to be emptied or syphoned over a period of time. The Philippines do NOT have an infrastructure for water/sewage treatment…it does not Exist! So if septic tank is emptied or syphoned…where does it get disposed of? Right back to the ocean untreated. In Australia that act is illegal against the Environment Act. Untreated sewage water is not allowed to enter any water streams or ocean without being treated. So despite a very modern, elegant, well designed house my conscience can not allow me to contribute to pollution of our oceans. I hope you make people aware of this very basic need to have an environmentally disposal of waste / water treatment for any potential buyers in the Phillipines. Please be environmentally conscious of the world we live in! Do your research to find out if there is water/waste treatment in the Philippines.

The concept of having such modern houses in the Philippines ….just so it can feel, compete and leverage its economy like the first world country is ridiculous idea…when there is no basic sewerage system in the Philippines. It is all just an image… a false one. Without a basic waster sewerage system…Philippines will remain as a3rd world country….golly so basic need and it does not exist in the Phippines….what a shame!

Less than 8% of Philippines household have a sewage treatment. Even if this exist this infrastructure is old, undersized and in need of major of major rehabilitation. Septic tanks are used in the Philippines. It works this way… sludge settles at the bottom. The untreated water follows out into a drain field. Where does the drain fields located in the Philippines …out in the open. Untreated waste can cause diseases…eventually to death. OMG Philippines is so unsanitary. It is no wonder a lot of Filipinos die so young. The smell of sewage alone full of sulphur which over period of time inhaling sulphur will have repercussions on people’s health. How can this lifestyle go on in the Philippines. Government are spending revenues on building roads which are funded by overseas project consortium. Phillipines has so much debts to pay the private consortium. Despite all the new highways it is still traffic. So sad.

Irregular shaped rooms/kitchen is big no, at least for me. Flow/transition is also not well thought. Does not feel homey and cosy. House is beautiful but does not feel home.

Golly you are wearing boots in the Philippines. How so when it is so HOT! Boots is part of winter wardrobe cause it is so cold. It does not make sense at all. Same as wearing all black. Black holds heat hence black is used during winter. The Philippines do not have winter season…. It is ridiculous!
