I love the design and materials used in this house and how they integrated the outdoor water spigot into the fence. However, they could have used the storage room under the stairs as a guest’s powder room and added a driver’s room next to the maid’s quarter.❤

Yung storage room sa ground dapat ginawang guest bathroom given wala din bathroom outside for the swimming pool. So no choice to use the 1st bedroom as den/entertainment area na lang so anyone can access the BR. But overall naman, it’s beautiful!

It's a beautiful house....however, i find the 2nd floor railing not child proof. We can never underestimate a childs imagination and curiousity. 1 minute his sitting beside you, the next thing you realize is that his jumping of from that railing while yelling... superman!

Too much n wasted spaces on bedrooms closet area.. itonically w Little space in bed area itself ..master room doesnt have a tub or a jacuzzi.. n that built in table study area in each bedroom are also wasted space in wc people no linger uses that w new gadget called tablets ..n those drop lamps in the living area are soo way cheap considering the price of this house of 65M n pool is badly located n size is too small for a huge house n lot size..

Lol I think a lot of descriptions are used improperly….depending on what country of origin your in….in the US I think high ceiling is used more often….and I never hear anyone in the Philippines showing a house describe the main entrance ( Covered entry way ) …

Can somebody explain to me why they are in a hurry to showcase a property that’s not fully done, then made excuses about how messy it was. Here in the US, realtors can not show a property unfinished, it’s unprofessional.

Why are all the doors not sealed properly? When it’s close you can a lot of light from the bottom, top and probably most of the side of the door…..there’s a cover for the front entrance but when it rains side ways with strong winds, water is going to flood the front entrance…..does that mean most of the doors through the entire house and assuming the windows as well aren’t sealed properly? Specifically when you have air conditioning, that means your wasting a lot of energy since the cold air are escaping …..it’s a very elegant house but if I buy this house, I would be pointing out a lot of things wrong with it…..these houses would definitely not pass American standards, specifically if a viewer like me can point out a simple issue like storm/weather seal around the front door…

Ang laki ng bahay pero wala man lang powder room, tapos dinoble pa toilet sa masters. Never shown the auxiliary kitchen and the maids room/toilet & shower. Walang shower/toilet room sa pool. If you can afford a P65million house, ofcourse you won't settle down with just 2 vehicles. Clearly this house is for the family who don't like visitors.
