Then let me give you a tip to grow your money faster, do trading in stock market, don’t just sit your money in a bank. Or at least invest it there as a passive income. Working in your typical 8-5 job is not sufficient. Especially if you’re just starting in your career. You can buy this house but it will take you a decade and your parents will be too old to enjoy this kind of house. So yeah, have a passive income.

To be honest i don't really like modern contemporary houses but i don't hate them, but of all the houses you showcased this probably has the best interior, they used real quality materials (real marble all over the place!) and the interior is tastefully designed well, even though it's not as large like some house you showcased.

Compact and mas maraming highly funtional features itong house na to, one for me is yung sliding doors since it is compact it needs to have more spaces so having sliding doors gives you a more spacious area and it gives more elegance to the house, also miximize ung bedroom stuff since it is compact. So far number one to sa list ko when it comes to a compound type.

What makes a space/room/house beautiful is the elegant and unusual placing of lightings, high ceiling and unexaggerated overused of paint color. Also, if the house does not have crowded furnitures or hampers and if there are proper placing of each furn, definitely will make it elegant.

Now this is a modern contemporary home...wla yung mga brick designs or yung may mga concrete lines sa house exterior to say that it's modern or whatnot. This unit is definitely a luxurious townhouse. Generous space allocated in each rooms. And that kitchen is just heavenly 😊 I was hoping you'd mention what kind of material is used for the road and carports. Good thing you guys considered this townhouse for an Open House than just a House Unboxing.

i dont knoe if its bcuz of the big furniture inside that it feels so tight to live in but i do love the kitchen and thats the only room that doesnt feel tight. reason for watching this kind of vid is just house ideas for my far off future and i do hope that future comes true even if its still far away
