A fast internet search and you can find an article about Thomas Burak's Gramercy Park residence in The New York Social Diary from 2013 . It is interesting to see how he used much of the furnishings in his Virginia home. "More is more and less is a bore"

I had a great laugh hearing that double-welting is a no-no only to see an upholstered, tasseled banister! Love it! In defense of my own vintage velvet, double-welted bergères I feel the welting repeats the grooves on their arms and shoulders perfectly and works within the vernacular of the chairs. Super home! I have o e with only four shelves but I don't have as many pots as he! I use my top two shelves for potatoes in a crock and a smaller crock for compost. It really is convenient.

When Thomas talked about the little chinoiserie on the shelves, the camera was on the person, Thomas, and when people talk about the house, the camera is on the person often. It is a shame that the camera won’t capture what is important to the owner/designer.
