Yes, and personally, yung location bukod sa nasa secued subdivision siya, maganda rin yung location niya relative to other places like Manila, and the like. The general look of the house is simple yet amazing. The front yard is really something I really like, it's open which makes the whole lot and perhaps the house look way bigger than it actually is. The rooms are also very functional and practical. This is probably my dream house, it's not gigantic and it is also not minuscule.

Just my thoughts on this home....There's just no warmth to this house. Very little of interior designing. And I can't see myself spending almost half a million Canadian dollars on a house that doesn't even have a backyard. There are much better deals out there. You could build this house for around 6 million pesos and buy the land for around 4 million pesos.
