Paused at 0:40 wow! Love the wooden and glass sliding doors off the kitchen. Dual pane windows, very common in the states. It keeps the house cooler during summer, here in the states, keeps the heat in and the noise/sound out. They should be standard in the Phils due to extreme heat; I’ve mentioned this before in one of your vid. Energy saver, tipid sa aircon. Overall price is tama lang. Some of the finishes and feature are nice, a few are a miss. Big deal for me is the kitchen. I would have used different color/finish cabinets. Other items I’d have to change out as well.
