Seeing this home has made me speechless. I love everything -- the furniture, the decor, the pictures on the wall, that 1920's bathroom and, most of all, the pool and the flora. I am partial to anything tropical and the pool area has all those gorgeous palm trees and flowers that can only be grown in tropical places! This home is flawless.

Not sure why you would make such a comment - since Coral Gables has a very strict code regarding facades, colors, style, details and zoning. It's a stunning place, a preferred area in Miami. I grew up there.

I grew up in Coral Gables, am totally appreciative of its history, special architecture. It's a preferred part of Miami, as it has strict zoning, very specific regulations with regard to style, colors, details of homes. A jewel of a city. This home is on a historic street - the founder of Coral Gables lived a short distance away, both after marriage, and when a founder, who started by growing grapefruit trees with his New England family. A great deal of thought and planning went into creating the city. Seeing this home was such a pleasant surprise. Beautifully done, thank you.

The coral rock inside and out is just gorgeous. The addition was very sensitively done and the courtyard has old-world charm. The works of art themselves are beautiful; if it were my space I would rotate them through rather than hanging them all at once.

Wow. Either you have it or you don't. This is what good taste looks like, I will be rewatching this so much.
