Any hidden suprises. How close was the final price compared to what was quoted

A few minor imperfections here and there but nothing too serious or worth pointing to the company even though I know they will address anything as quick as possible. They were spot on with the quote to be honest. Word of advice regardless whichever company you choose to build with, have about $5000 on the side to use for closing costs. My closing costs were close to $3,000. But along with the $500 up front deposit they require, it was the only money we came out of pocket to get the house built.

@@michaelcannon3077 thanks for watching. They did the stain for us. Our house plan came with carpet so we took out the carpet and did stained. Been moved in since November and they still look like new. Easiest thing to clean.
