Watched it again and I still prefer the first two, would specify more expensive tile than is in the show home and would be very happy in either. I liked the bathtub in the second house much better, more ergonomic design. 4th house with the elevator has grown on me and has a storage room which is nice. Thanks, I enjoy your videos.

My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.

.You would be better off keeping away from equities for a bit or, even better, seeking advice from an expert given the current market conditions and everything that is at risk with the current economy.

Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now, especially for near retirees, I've been in touch with a coach for awhile now mostly cause I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions, I nettd over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know

It’s too bad because the video started out really well but I it made me dizzy.

Cheers from Canada. Couldn't understand most of your comments over the music. I liked the 1st and the 2nd, tiles weren't great but liked the rest, I liked the library in the main and access to outside on the 2nd house but no convenient place for a TV in living room (becoming an obsolete device anyway). I didn't like the 3rd, layout seemed odd and didn't like the cabinetry, didn't like the 4th with the elevator (ridiculous) though the studio space was nice. Didn't like the 5th bungalow. 6th was a basic living unit so it is what it is. German's don't seem to like big kitchens, interesting (funny). So I'm going 1st excellent basic house, 2nd excellent if you want to pay for some additional luxury features (balconies, etc.) Great vid!

Thank you for this video. I am planning to move to Germany to work and live. Are these homes for buying or renting? I would like to have a tariff where I could rent to buy a home like that because I would require one like that with an extra apartment because my parent could live in the apartment where I can help them out and the house part would be for me and my intermediate family. I would appreciate any advice for living and working in Germany because I am not looking for a super rich life. I just want to live a happy simple life where I can enjoy myself without any bother. Something that doesn't exist here in the UK.

I've seen some of family houses in Germany with 2-3floor (including basement), they designed the basement to be apartment for rent (german's basements are usually not fully built on the ground), also they do rent for saving taxes.

Choose another country in the south of Europe. In Germany nothing is simple. As a mechanic or a nurse you can afford a small house in East Germany, if you pay the next 30 years. A happy life has nothing to do with the country.

@@bungavickyschannel what do you mean without land and furniture?
@poppyclare86204 жыл бұрын
@@adekunleomole You buy land for building and then they come and build the house you have designed/chosen on your land.
@Otte743 жыл бұрын
@@adekunleomole it depends on where you want to live / build the house. In rural areas you might pay around 100 € per square meter, while near big cities like Hamburg, München or Düsseldorf it can easily raise up to 500, even 1000 € per square feet. The house is everywhere the same - bricks, windows, roof etc. But for 500 m2 land you might pay 50.000 € - or 500.000 €. Then the ground could be much more expensive than the house. Furniture is the same. E.g. you buy you Kitchen from ikea and pay around 5.000 to 8.000 €. Or you like the luxury way - siematic, poggenpohl, nolte etc. with Miele oven (freezer, dishwasher etc). Then the same size of a Kitchen might be 20.000 to 40.000 €. 🤷🏻♀️ So the prices for these houses are what you pay to the building company. But you buy the land first. And beware : not every house is allowed everywhere. Often they tell you exactly the form and colour of your roof, the height of the house or where to park your car on the ground... 🤷🏻♀️
