Housing prices in British Columbia is usually higher than any other state . What about a small town in Ontario can I get a room for $500 or $550 even If it would be without any furniture no problem for me . Listing are there on kijiji for $500 or $550.

What about Washing Machine and Dryer? Did you get that? That is one of the most important things as well because in Canada you cant open your own Dhobi Ghaat with a Dhukka due to limited space and wooden floor without proper drainage system. 😅

What a nice observation! I forgot to mention. This place does not have a dedicated laundry for the basement. There's a coin laundry system nearby. So I do a weekly/10 days laundry haul. Will make a video on coin laundry too. Have filmed it.

Keep up the good work. 🙂 BTW, you solely focused on Wash room's cleanliness but forgot to mention that if there are less Bathrooms and more Ppl in the house, it would become difficult for people to get ready on time and go to their University/College as most ppl would require atleast 1 hour to attend Nature's Call everyday in the morning, Brush their teeth and take a Bath. How many ppl would be living in the basement along with you? 🤔

Start with TRU housing for one semester. East Village. Then you can move out.

Depends on your landlord. Mine does not have a minimum contract but a month's notice to be given before leaving.
