Hi, I’m in Canada and my PGWP just got approved. However, my study visa has expired, so I don’t have any valid TRV right now. I’m filling out IMM5257e right now and was wondering in question 2a, “Have you stayed beyond the validity of your status,” should I answer yes? I never studied or worked without a valid permit so I’m not sure what my answer should be. Thank you!

hey bro I'm a student who came on sept 2024for bachelor degree course computer and I find it so harder to study so I decided to change a program which is starting at jan 2025 but I have a study permit on aug itself but the course I'm going to pursue is program which doesn't meet the new pgwp field of study requirement will I be eligible for pgwp?

So if i apply student visa in bechecler degree , master degree In any course (construction course in bcit college ) Then i will be eligable for pwgp without taking ielts score after complete the degree course.
