Sa straight linear lines pa lang ng exterior, panalo na. Wood, stone, and steel. Sophisticated look. Adobe tiles, very nice. Panalo din, the almost wrap-around big balconies. Yes. And the cement look ng walls. Modern industrial. Wow. Bedroom closets are nice as well, by the way, I think built-ins na ang tawag dun, not modular bc of the wall built at one end of it giving it a built-in look. Ang hindi panalo: Yung window sa guest bedroom mataas, so the guest has no view. Yung kitchen island a little oversized kaya lumiit ang dining area,. Yung big glass window sa dining area, maganda sana kung sliding door na din. Yung swimming pool, not needed kung ganun din lang kaliit. (wala bang amenities ang subdivision, ex. pool). Panalo sana if instead of a pool, landscaped garden with outdoor furnitures for entertaining, with a bbq area. Yun ang panalo. The view sa likod maaliwalas, but if tinayuan ng bahay yan someday, and you know it will happen, mawawala na ang open view ng neighborhood. Overall, nice home, but for 25M and without a yard?
