Buenas noches: Es una casa absorbida por el entorno, el coche utiliza como garaje un túnel de enredaderas florecidas. Casi parece abandonada, pero dentro es orden y han dejado entrar la vegetación, se cuela como esa jacaranda en la cocina y ese helecho que huye por la claraboya. La cocina es preciosa. Me hubiese encantado ver la perspectiva de las habitaciones y los cuartos de baño.

Thanks for the comment. The walls of the 1st floor are exposed to concrete. The floor is mortal and teakwood.

Can I ask if any treatment is done to the concrete? Also, from the design, are the walls made from pre cast concrete slabs? There is a same small round indentation on each slab/tile. I like to say how much I enjoyed viewing your page, small cozy spaces yet functional and aesthetically pleasing!

The walls of the first floor are made of reinforced concrete. Not precast concrete. I think small round ones are dents left after removing the parts that hold the formwork in place for pouring the concrete.

設計時に詳細な造園計画はなかったのではないでしょうか。大きな木を最初に何本か造園屋さんに入れてもらった以外は、すべてご夫君が今の状態までつくり上げたとうかがっています。とてもセンスが良いので驚いてしまいます

I love this channel. It shows not all Japanese live in those tiny apartments like Westerners think when they see them on here. Young people who are starting out in life live in those small spaces while they work to save money. It used to be that a Japanese man had saved up $30,000 before getting married - compare that to American men whom a lot marry to have somewhere stable to live. 😂
