Beautiful home for a small block. Japanese's architects do absolute wonders in small spaces. A home full of light yet maintaining privacy.

I have watched all of your videos now and I love them all This home is my very favourite. The third floor is beautiful! Thank you for these tours. I look forward to the next ones.
Very pretty and very japanese. I would personally prefer to have my bedroom on the top floor with the view of rooftop garden. But walking flights of stairs everyday will be very tiring especially when you get older.
That staircase looks so dangerous! Not a house for children. Best part: the top floor garden.

@@rgs6236 Maybe. But anyone can get old, ill or even disabled. Architects should take real human conditions into consideration...

I think people should take the context when and where people live..And the owner's needs..In japan always moving is encouraged, including taking the stairs..That's why Japan people's life span is very long..He lived conveniently right now, because this house fulfilled everything..When he gets old, he can easily sold it and moved to more comfortable house for old people..Or maybe when the owner has child, he will make some modification..But for now, this house is perfect for the owner..
What song is the second song, that begins at about :05?

Where do you organize or put all dishes & pots, etc.. the house looks good but the kitchen is not that functional .. Also, a very minimum percentage of Japanese people live this way since houses like this cost around 1.5 million or much more in the city. Right now lands of 70/80 M2 cost around 1 Million + the whole construction. The minimum salary in Japan is around 2,500 USD how can people effort to have a life style like this?
