もともとランドスケープのお仕事をされていた中で、ご自邸の庭に植えられた木も比較的大きくなる樹種を選定されたそうです。日差しや道路からの視線をほどよく遮ってくれる樹木、実は取材の少し前にはモッコウバラの黄色い花が美しかったのだそうです。 見どころたくさんで長尺になってしまっていたのですが、取材時のインタビューについてお褒めいただけて嬉しく思います。ぜひ今後もご視聴いただければ幸いです。

I LOVE the polished concrete walls. The modern studio I live in originally had polished concrete walls, but somewhere in its past a real estate agent talked previous owners into painting it all white! Can't believe it!! ... I can see that Shimada-san is an excellent architect! I love this Japanese house! And only a 35 sqr metre block!

とても素敵なお宅で、少し我が家にも似ているところもあり、ほっこりしました。我が家もキッチン横にロフト作ろうか悩んでやめてしまいましたが、作っておけばよかったなぁとこの動画をみて少し後悔してます。将来リフォームする際には作りたいです。そしてインタビュアーの方のお話の仕方やトーンがとても心地よく最後までゆったりした気分で拝見できました。また、他の動画もみてみたいのでチャンネル登録しました！

混構造で地下室まで！ ガレージを確保する為の混構造は見た事がありましたが、 本当にコンクリートの地下室？と思えるくらい陽の光と緑が眺められる暖かな空間ですね。 コンクリートは一般的に熱容量が大きいと聞き、適切な断熱を施工しないと冷やしにくく暖まりにくいイメージでした。 何か秘訣があるのでしょうか？ OMXは夏に地熱で下げられた下階の空気を上階へ運ぶ様な使い方もできる様に聞こえました。 そうなら夏場の光熱費が下げられそう。 挙げればキリがありませんが、素晴らしいルームツアーでした！

@katcchan さま ご視聴いただきありがとうございます。地下の空間は南側からの光や斜面になった庭の景色も取り入れながら、とても明るく気持ち良い場所となっています。 コンクリートでの断熱施工について、しまだ設計室の島田さんから「カヅノキハウス」での施工についてお教えいただきました。 ----- 【カヅノキハウスのコンクリート部分の断熱について】 ●1F 仕事部屋：無断熱 内外をコンクリート打ち放しの仕上げにするために無断熱としているそうです。冬の寒さを想定されていますが、空間のデザインを重視して決定をされています。 ●洗面脱衣室、浴室：内断熱 ●地下室：外断熱 ----- しまだ設計室さんでは自邸であるカヅノキハウス以外にもコンクリート造のお住まいを複数件で設計されており、断熱はそれぞれ、しっかり施しておられます。 地下室の施工については、設計者や施工者とよくご相談の上で計画をされてください。今後の動画もぜひご視聴いただければ幸甚に存じます。

@yoshie19831108 新築のご計画、楽しみですね！ 島田さんの自邸の動画で紹介いただいているソファですが、島田貴史さんが設計した「ほぼ正方形ソファ」で、職人さんの造作家具になっています。ですので一般には市販されておらず、島田さんが設計したお住まいの建築とあわせて製作をされるものとなります。（「ここで注文できます！」というご案内でなく恐縮です……！） 家だけでなくお気に入りの家具やソファを考える時間もとてもワクワクする機会で、ぜひ楽しんでくださいね！

One is large windows of the studio directly onto the street and also the durability of the design. I can't understand a word they say, but just watching the tone and the way they say it, the diction and the attitude, it's a pleasure. When I see Japanese people designing their houses, they pay a lot of attention to the smallest details, like the front door, the doorway, and the things that people need as they move around. There's a kind of white space beauty to Japanese design, both outside and inside the house, that sometimes feels a little cold, but I think it's cool and beautiful. Plus, you can really feel the passion and professionalism of the Japanese people for the fashion styles they wear and the jeans they wear, especially if you know the Japanese jeans industry. The thoughtfulness of the female host who co-hosts the programme and the way she speaks is what attracts me to Japanese women. It's very polite and nice to see, especially when they lean in slightly to listen to you explain the doorway steps and put their hands in their lap.

エゴノキは花も可愛くて葉もとてもきれいなのですが 春は花がらを秋にはを葉っぱを大量に毎日毎日落とし、近隣に飛んでいくので一日たりとも掃除を欠かせません どなたが掃除されておられるのかわかりませんが道路に面するのは不向きな木かなと感じます

@pianykyoto ご視聴とコメントをありがとうございます。お庭のエゴノキについて、しまだ設計室の島田さんよりご回答をいただきました。ご自身の経験をもとにお庭の植栽の提案もされておられるそうです！ --- ⚫︎しまだ設計室　島田貴史さんより エゴノキはご指摘の通り、住宅の小さな庭に植えるのは適さない場合もあると思います。 私がもともと公園などの設計をしている設計事務所で働いていたこともあり、エゴノキの花が好きで自宅のカヅノキハウスに植えました。 成長も早く確かに手入れは大変な面もあります。住宅設計の経験を積む中で、成長が早すぎたり、手入れが大変すぎる木は選択を避けるようになりました。動画の中でもそのような情報をお伝えするべきでした。ご指摘いただきありがとうございます。

Absolutely beautiful, and the house is surrounded by trees, unique to a place I live where people rather cut all the trees :( I have passion for Japanese pottery and I can see his admiration to the lacquerware! It is my dream just to sit and drink a green tea in such a house :)

コンクリートの雨漏りは、大丈夫ですか❓ 住宅には、コンクリートは、向いていないと思います。 1階コンクリートは、車庫にした方が良いかと思います。

@user-fr8vz1cb5g さま コメントをいただきありがとうございます。カヅノキハウスでの雨対策や防水処理について、しまだ設計室の島田さんよりお教えいただきました。ご参考にしていただければ幸甚に存じます。 【雨対策について】 ●カヅノキハウスの場合はコンクリート造の上に木造が載った混構造となっており、木造部分の切妻屋根で空から降ってくる雨は防ぐかたちとなります。 ●地下室の場合の課題は、地下水、または降った雨が地面にしみ込んだものが、建物内に侵入してくることです。コンクリート外壁の地中部分には適切に防水を施す必要があります。カヅノキハウスも地中外壁には防水を施しています。
