already saw this property on another channel but the presentation wasn't as detailed as this one. good job in pointing out little things because to some, those little things matter, too, like the cabinetries and storage spaces that other presenters neglect to show. i would personally love to see what the inside of those look like. good job as well in showing the perspective and orientation of each of the spaces so people would have an idea of the whole area or of a certain area. this house is elegantly made but not extravagant looking because of its minimalist style and you're right, it's very pulido and the rooms are not cramped at all.

Why do modern designs for houses not consider that hot air rises and gathers at the highest level? I never saw exhaust windows near the ceiling. Does this modern design work or do they expect owners to run (climate change unfriendly) HVAC all the time? Perhaps there are hidden exhaust windows there at the ceiling?

Very nice hoise. But i dont like the idea of masters bathroom. . Even though your husband and wife you cannot poop and at the same time somebody is relaxing on the jacuzzi or doing something pit make up etc at the lavatory.

You should learn how to edit your presentation. You do to much unecessary detail that right before I get to the actually area that I was interested to see, that I am already bored. 30 mins is too long and some details are not even visible to the camera. something that cannot be appriciated visually.
