Love watching your vids , asawa and me have thought of retiring there wife from cavite. I’ve noticed why do homes there NOT have enclosed garages?? 99.9% of vids I see they are just carports I’m not saying 1 way is better than other just curious if enclosed garages were even allowed in homes? Hi Sir! Usually an enclosed garage would have the front wall along the perimeter wall of the front of the house. A lot of exclusive villages / gated communities have restrictions that dictate a specific set back from the perimeter to the front wall of the house sir, and to maximize space the garage is kept open as a covered carport
