The house is amazing, the BIG downside to this is lack of privacy. You can practically see over your neighbour's space (and them to yours) , even if you do not want to. Where I live here in the Nordics, for that price (€7 million) you will have hectares of land and even bigger size and higher build quality and materials of the house in the suburbs. In the city, maybe not hectares of land but bigger lot area, and the houses in the communities here are constructed in such as a way that there will be space enough in between properties for privacy.

This is way overpriced even in south of Manila…..fair price is 250 million pesos

wow the house is absolutely enormous by any standard. Great that its on a corner plot so light and air from all sides. Beautifully presented, huge rooms, all 4 bedrooms equally sized, i'd have that 6th 2nd floor room as my study for working from as light, airy and view of the pool. Only one thing missing is space for a gym 😞 But otherwise great house, great tour Jake

maganda dito sa Ayala Alabang mga naka high powered baril ng mga security guard dyan may nakita ako dyan naka m4 carbine di ka basta basta makakapasok dyan sobrang igpit which is ok na ok sa safety ng residents dyan.

Beautiful house. With almost half a billion asking price medyo downgrade lang yung kitchen. And the full mirror wall sa living room is not needed na since it does not to make look the space bigger, the house is already big.
