The house is nicely screened from the road. All of the rooms are generous in size, and the kitchen/diner area has large windows facing the rural view. The fridge/freezer isn't very conveniently placed. If the downstairs room were to be used as a bedroom, it looks like the w/c could be expanded to a full shower room. The landscaping along the back edge of the garden is delightful!

makes you wonder why they'd want to give a place up like that with them 'to die for' views! ...or maybe there's planning permission for housing on that land! 🤔🤐

I like this. However, as someone with mobility issues that can't go up and down stairs, I would probably want to put a shower room for that bedroom downstairs. Then leave the rest for family and guests. Really nice setup though. Love the garden.
