Alot of room is lost in the upstairs by the slanted roof. I think it's odd that you are met at the entrance by the washer and dryer. Driveway needs to be cleaned. The downstairs is great and has a great vibe. I love the wood doors and wood in the house. Close to town is also a plus.

Power washing those patio slabs would enhance the curb appeal. Being within an easy walk to the town center is a plus. The house has character, and the kitchen and upstairs ensuite look to be recently updated. The rear garden is very small.

Decor is pretty grim, front garden needs jet washing and rear garden is a disappointment but it is still good value for money and would make a lovely home.
