I love the location. It's a busy road, but it's been screened pretty well. Beautiful landscaping and some useful outbuildings, and all well tended. I like the entrance porch and then the central hall, though there is no direct connection from the lounge to the kitchen/dining areas. The fittings and finishes are all high end, and everything looks to be in top condition. There's ample space here for entertaining!

Surprised at what you can get for only £500k compared to St Albans. A lot of road traffic noise though is the only disadvantage.

Is this house supposed to be mid-century modern? If so, they needed to commit to making everything more cohesive. Many things (even within one room) do not match design-wise; specifically, the window treatments and wallpaper. There are a lot of small rooms. I would knock down walls to create an open concept, increasing the size of the "lounge" into a beautiful great room. Also, I would take advantage of the ample outdoor property, and reconfigure/redesign it entirely.

The front entrance is weird and I don't like the position of the stairs. everything's disjointed and there's no cohesion. I also prefer bedroom 2

I’m getting severely dizzy with the video presentation swinging in circles constantly! 😂 This chap needs a few lessons in film making. Also a bit repetitive. As for the house I agree with the other sentiments on here. Too many small rooms and needs a redesign tbh.
