Lovely house with character but one thing the kitchen let’s the house down. Very thoughtful house and very warm. I would do the kitchen up and the utility room.

All the mature landscaping adds to the great curb appeal! There's lots of space for entertaining and/or for a large family. There is Victorian character throughout, and though I might want to add to the period kitchen and perhaps add another bath, it could be tastefully accomplished without destroying the charm. The peaceful setting is the frosting on the cake. This is a unique property well suited to gracious living.
