Dean and Caelynn are that surprising couple who when you first saw them get together on Paradise, a lot of people thought it was a joke and that they wouldn't last much longer. People would say that Caelynn is too high maintenance for Dean, they have nothing in common, etc.. Now fast forward two years later and they just bought their first house together. Words cannot express how happy I am for the both of them!

I work at lowes. If you go in store you can find discounted washers and dryers (and other appliances), people will literally return them with one little dent, sometimes no problems at all, sometimes a mess up on our end, anything open box is immediately half off and you could try to work them down depending on how much damage it has... or if it’s a returned special order and never been opened still half off. There’s so good ass deals. I would go to as many different Lowe’s as you can and see what they have cuz it’ll be different at every store and free delivery after $400 I believe

For a washer and dryer you may want to go to Best Buy and don’t buy one with all the bells and whistle‘s they’re really not necessary so go with the lower and washer and dryer and you’ll be happy!😀

First I want to say congrats on the new house! It’s an amazing feeling to have a place you actually own! As for some advise I wish I had when I bought my place, I would suggest two things. First, before renovating anything, I suggest living with it a little while. You might find you actually use the space differently then you thought you would, and the needs of that space and how you want to change it might change with that. Secondly, I highly suggest adding some carpet pads on the stairs for Pappy. They make them for pets that you can just stick on and you can get them on Amazon! As someone who has a small dog and a house with bare wood stairs, I can’t tell how often she has fallen down them because she has slipped! She has never hurt herself badly but still it’s hard to not feel bad about it!

Gorgeous! Smart not putting carpet on the stairs. Also like that the guest bathroom doesn't have the horrible sliding glass door/tub combo. The ensuite bathroom is nice! Wow!!! I am so happy for you, your first house is so amazing!!! Caelynn you are a hard worker and you deserve it!! I hope, Dean doesn't bring his friend to stay in your living room (this time around) like he did on the other apartment you lived, as far as I am concerned, if you a couple and bring a friend to share in your place, is a disaster, because, first is not romantic, second, you don't have a privacy, third, your relationship is going to be affected by it and the mess/inconvenient of having someone sleeping in your sitting area when you want go there and relax is a nightmare... If you both work, you can manage to pay your bills, instead of sharing with friend... All the best!!!
