the fact that you’ve cut out meat & dairy is already a huge contribution to your health and to the environment! Don’t beat yourself up for not cutting out fish completely, if once a week will help you to be sustainable with the diet as a whole long term then do you!! It’s all about building healthy, sustainable habits :)

Can I just say, how you address cosmetic surgery - both not encouraging it but not shaming it - was PERFECT. I think at the forefront we should always strive to love and accept exactly how we are, genuinely and whole heartedly. There’s so much beauty in the world that we need to embrace. But at the same time if someone makes the well-thought out decision to change something that is persistently causing them a lot of unhappiness, that’s okay too. ❤️

You're such a real one. I agree that no one should ever be ashamed for getting work done- do your thing! I think it's healthy and needed to be transparent because lets face it; when people are comparing themselves to their beauty icons it can be very damning to their psychic. Further, it always pains me when someone who has work done does not disclose it and says they naturally look this way- it only pains me because it creates an unattainable image to so many young women at home. They look in the mirror and curse their features, and do not realize that the person whose features they covet may have had work done! So being open and transparent really helps to dismantle the unrealistic beauty standards that have been touted on us for eons.
