@Jenee Naylor The home buying process as you very well know can be extremely frustrating. Construction from ground up pre-Covid came with delays, so I can only imagine the missed deadlines post-Covid. Then we add on our customization factor. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” That’s book, that’s Bible. One thing for sure and two things for certain you and Josh do not lack wisdom, hard work and negotiation skills. The home is beautiful, the design is gorgeous, the closet is a dream. Fast, Pray, Negotiate and follow your heart! Most things worth anything are born of struggle and take time. Congratulations on building your dream! ❤

Congratulations 🎉 You guys work hard & deserve all your blessings. Rule of thumb in new construction and/or remodels...everything takes longer than stated & usually costs 20-50% more than quoted. Just remain patient, let the professionals handle the stress, always get multiple quotes and have two budgets (your ideal budget vs budget you don't tell people because that is max you can afford)❤

I think you are making great decisions. Trust me, I built my house in 2019, and I made all types of mistakes, so I can tell you from experience you are making good decisions.
