Thanks Stephan! One of the downsides of acreage living is the internet service. Basically the only option is Cell Service. It's pretty good but not near as fast as it was in the city.

Is there a reason you picked textured ceilings over smooth ceilings? I'm in the US and no one is doing textured ceilings here anymore.

Hello Jennifer. Went textured for a few reasons. Primary reason is I like the looks. The other reasons, painted ceilings show every imperfection in drywall, taping, truss uplift etc. So to do a level 5 finish on the ceilings is costly and time consuming and under critical lighting conditions you can see imperfections. Most builders of custom homes up here also do painted ceilings.
