You are building a new house? WOW. That is amazing. Everyone I know who has a house hangs onto it for life. We are handing ours down to our daughter. She is executrix of the home and we have a trust everything is in. Even the cars. So she inherits and never has to go to court. She is next in line. God bless you in your NEW home.
