House Viewing - Bovis Home Whitehouse Park - The Aspen @Life Moves On In UK

Having arrived and lived in Milton Keynes for over 3 months, we really like this city and the neighborhoods. We therefore started researching new property developments and new build houses for our consideration.
We recently went to Bovis Homes Whitehouse Park to see a show house called The Aspen, which is 4 bedrooms detached house type with the size over 1,300 sq ft. The kitchen dining area is stunning where the bedrooms are all very spacious. Bovis Homes is currently selling a few plots of this house type at the price of around GBP559,000.
The build quality of The Aspen seems good. However, the only downside is that, the Whitehouse Park is a relatively new residential area comparing to Tattenhoe, there is no nearby community facilities and shopping arcade close by. The nearest Sainsbury’s or ALDI Supermarket is at least 8 - 9 minutes away by car.
A new life in the UK for myself and my family, its challenging as expected but we are thankful to be accepted. There are new faces and places waiting for us to explore.
