Hi Christopher! Many thanks for yet another insightful video. As requested. I was wondering if you'd consider making a video about the difference in financial investment on buying a "Resthof" (residual/abandoned/old farm house) vs a more traditional landed property for someone who wishes to build a new house from scratch. I often hear my friends referring to investing in a "Resthof" as "Lebensaufgabe" (unending lifelong task), especially with respect to it's massive size and the enormous work that comes with having such. Therefore, to them, it's surely not the wisest property investment to take up. However, with acknowledgement of the different individual variables which pose as key deciding factors when it comes to property investment. I am overly curious to share your thoughts on the pros and cons of buying a Resthof as opposed to a normal/regular landed property for a new build speaking from a financial investment standpoint.
