the first is actually electro iirc and the other 2 are trance. The first is 2000s trance (forgot the name of that style but it was very popular I think it was called hard trance ) and the other sounds like progressive trance.

I'm not into this type of music, but I've always wondered how the hell can you tell the difference? Especially between techno and trance. From the few clips I've heard, trance is more of a single beat that kinda doesn't change much, as opposed as techno which is different beats kicking off throughout the song (I could be way off)...and then you have 'house'. Lol, wish there was an easy way to differentiate the three.

+xXDestiesNationXx trance isn't necessarily about emotions. it's more about how it's structured. it's longer buildups, more repetitive(hypnotic) melodies and different sounding kick. may have drops, but the song isn't solely based on the drop alone like a lot of house. some times house can be more emotional it just depends on the artist.

bpm plays a role, but it is not by any means the only difference. there also exist differences in the patterns of the bass line, the use of vocals, as well as other things. i would recommend searching the different genres and subgenres on wikipedia

House is more hard- sounding and better for dancing/partying to, trance is like house but is a lot slower, more relaxed, often sounds sadder and creates better chill out atmosphere. Idk about techno but id say the middle one in the video probably isnt it as its more like trance

Techno sounds more like the late 90s Dance tracks , but techno originated in the mid-late 80s & its much more faster and energetic than dance tracks . But i would choose Trance over all other EDM music . Trance makes me high & its emotional too .
