Years ago I will never forget meeting her mom and sister at Marline Dennis show in Toronto with my sister and aunt from Vancouver ..Her mother was so proud of her daughter and I definitely can see why! I don’t usually comment on these videos, and I’m getting tired of white interiors. BUT… What a fantastic job. I love the textured fabrics and subtle patterned finishes. And what an amazing rethinking of the layout. Moving the refrigerator was genius. The bedroom pendant lights are so cool, and the primary bath layout and finishes is perfect. Well done!

I am generally not a fan of mono interiors.... but this remodel looks amazing! I think the texture and quality of the materials make a huge difference. Activate is the buzz word of the moment... I have been hearing it more in meetings in the past few months.

I wish the frame of the glass cabinet in the kitchen wasn’t polished chrome….it makes it look so cheap. Swap that out for antique bronze and it would look so much more high end …. And warmer. I would also swap out that “gold” brass colour in the bedroom for something a bit less gaudy. Overall this project is a stunning winner. Well done. I love it.

This condo is absolute perfection! Victoria did an exceptional job with this renovation. However, the lack of a double sink in the master bath might be an issue during resale. Couples do not want to share a sink. They will share a bathroom, but the sink areas are usually separate.

She relocated fridge and freezer and put inside the sort of a closet. If you do like this, you should continue further with the same panelling and even go around the corner with the same paneling to blend everything more. Otherwise it looks like an isolated closet.
