For goodness sake. Never mind the products just keep the camera on these 2. Me me me. So many possible things to see but nearly all dominated by having the camera on you two. Awful.

I hate open shelving. It always looks cluttered and collects so much dust. The TV is way too high. The master bed is horrible! I don’t like anything she did. Just horrible!

The inside looks like a city home, and a very trendy one at that. I prefer cottages that have a rustic, lived in feel to them. This design seems highly impractical and high maintenance for a lake house.

She did an absolutely outstanding job with this house! It's not only beautiful but also radiates warmth and feels so cozy and livable.

Just because it rolls off the tongue sweeter doesn't make this multi million dollar house a "cottage". To be fair, I do like the windows. The view of the lake is beautiful.

Restaurants absolutely need to start taking those acoustic panels and sound mitigation more seriously, nothing worse than not being able to hear a conversation with the person directly across from you.

This is good but not comparable with king city homes as they have little less space but have everything inside you dream of , like elevator, sauna, gym room, theater and what not. Upstairs always have at least 5 bedrooms with attached bath and one in basement. The dirty kitchen must have in such homes . Brian’ s master bedroom is so basic. I don’t like it that much as I was expecting from you a lot but thanks anyways. 🙏🏻❤️

this might be a bit off-topic, but has anyone else noticed how often Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane comes up in video comments? i finally caved and read the book, and wow-it’s worth the buzz. it’s not just some feel-good advice; it actually gives you tools to focus your energy and make things happen. it’s subtle at first, but then you start to see how much of a difference it makes in how you approach your goals

i know this isn’t related to the video, but i kept seeing people talk about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in the comments of so many videos. at first, i thought it was just hype, but i gave in and read it. honestly, it’s been a game-changer. it’s not just about “thinking positive”-it really breaks down how to align your energy with what you want in a way that feels real. seeing little shifts in my own life now, i can see why so many people swear by it.

this isn’t really related to the video, but i have to say-i kept seeing people talk about Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in comment sections everywhere. after weeks of wondering, i finally decided to read the book, and i get it now. it’s not just about wishful thinking; it’s about learning how to truly focus your energy and align it with your intentions. it’s made me rethink so many things about how i approach life.

i know this has nothing to do with the video, but i kept seeing Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane mentioned everywhere in comment sections. i was skeptical, but after hearing so much about it, i decided to give it a read. honestly, it’s not just hype. the book teaches you how to shift your energy and mindset in a way that feels natural, and it’s amazing how much it changes the way you see your goals and the opportunities around you.

love the dining room , the rest of the place is too white , maybe make it homier with some warmer pops of color. blue bedroom doesnt really look good and its bathroom is too sterile . you can fix it with some nice warm colored tiles and more warm wood . green bedroom is nice . the guest room is really not on par with the rest of the design. however the color theme in the "gym" area is very nice .

I like the interior of the "cottage" much better than the exterior. inside it feels warm and cosy and outside it looks dull and industrial and cold. kitchen and living room look nice, except I think you should have used beige colored stones for the fireplace. the bedrooms look nice too , with the exception on the stripy tiles in the shower which gives a chaotic vibe . Another point is that the narration of the design is very streotypical , using phrases like " bringing outdoors indoors" . I suggest a more genuine narration tone than using typical design jargon .

A cooler for cosmetics, have I fallen down a rabbit hole? @2:11, heated towel radiators are very common in UK homes. They are also supposed to provide a heat source for the room, but are not up to the task. I am going to replace mine with a proper radiator. @8:00, having the reeding as a film is clever. I watched an interior designer who did a curved glass block enclosure because a curved, reed glass one would have been prohibitatively expensive. I liked the kitchens - not a fake "Shaker" to be seen - but there is still a preponderance of creams.

If you want to see an amazing home look for the architect named Mascord. Google search this exact phrase: "House plan 1412 The Harrisburg modern prairie home with multiple wings and an attached studio". This is my dream home!

The only thing this home is missing is task lighting. A properly layered interior design needs three types of lighting: Overhead lighting on a dimmer (track lighting recessed lighting etc.) ambient lighting (sconces, lamps in the corner, etc.) and task lighting (focused directional lighting for reading, playing puzzles or games, drawing or studying, etc).

@@spicy1116 from what I can tell, all of the comments are negative. The house is about spending money and not about good design. Good design involves making bold decisions. This house seems like it was made using an algorithm based on resale value and current trends. Live laugh love

I love her points @1:14 as an interior designer, she knows the trend that young families want larger dining, kitchen and pantry areas ❤❤ A lot of home videos i have watched, but this one is the first one i commented! In love with her design as well as the color palette!!! Even the bathroom, always love bath tub near the window, as well as enclosed shower and toilet!! Really my type.
