If the beef comes from a trustworthy source, a large amount of chefs and Foodies would agree that medium rare to medium is a generally preferred level of doneness. Not to defend the product in general, but while releasing juice may not be your preference, I wouldn't consider a flaw in the products listed cook time. That being said good video.
