I’m not sure why Houston has the reputation that nice homes are affordable. This home isn’t actually in Houston, it’s in Fulshear, a suburb. If someone worked in Houston, they’d have a 1 hour drive to work and a 1 hour drive home. Put a house like this actually in Houston with a 20 minute commute and it would be multi million dollar house

I lived in Fulshear and it was an hour commute into Houston. Build this house 15 mins outside of downtown and you are looking at a price tag in the 1 million dollar range give or take depending on sq ft. Around $290/sq ft. On a 7-8k sq ft lot.
