House having her file where he can always review it and immediately recognizing the symptoms really says how haunted he is by Esther

My son has a developmental delay and high pain tolerance. Throat looked normal. They said for us to go home. I said I think he has a systemic infection and to please do bloodwork. dr. Rolled eyes and gave speech about busy ER. MY SON HAD SCARLET FEVER AND WAS ADMITTED FOR A SYSTEMIC BACTERIAL INFECTION. HE WOULD HAVE DIED WITHOUT IV ANTIBIOTICS. Yes second opinions are so important! I had something not nearly as bad but I had green urine and a completely rigid stomach with giant lymph nodes and my doctor gave me every test: ultrasounds (internal and external), STi tests, ulcer tests, stool samples, blood tests and absolutely nothing. I went to a second doctor and they asked what medications I was taking an how long I was taking them for. I had been on Naproxen 1000mg on and off for 10 years and was taking it 3 times a week at the time. She said to stop taking them. Everything went away. my normal doctor almost blasted my ovaries with the radiation from a ct scan because she didn't have any ideas left and this other doctor just said stop taking those pills and try these new ones that are gentle on the stomach.

One day my younger brother(13) came from school and was feeling sick, everyone thought it was mild fever and gave him some meds, a day passed it got worse, I took him to hospital where doctor thought it was malaria and gave him syrup that was meant for adults, after just one dose he got even worse his urine was red, he couldn't eat and even drink he threw immediately, the day after I carried him to hospital(he couldn't walk now) doctor immediately ordered test and said he has hepatitis, test confirmed it and she said he is just a kid it will get better after this meds soon, a day passed by and now he has visible jaundice, people would turn their eyes after looking at him, I took him to a better a hospital out of city, where they diagnosed him he had 104 fever and 450 glucose conc. (sugar level) they started treatment, just like this video they started ordering tests, they didn't know what was wrong with him, after one night they said he needs liver transplant or its over within a day, we couldn't afford transplant got him back home started treatment with some local physician with herbs and stuff, its was bad at first but he survived and after a week he got visibly better it took him 2 months to recover, all this time I had to stay by his side I would carry him to pee and would wash him, he went to school yesterday, this video brought so many memories back. Hope no one has to go through this ever.

I'm still not cured of my YT addiction, but now I'm mostly just watching stupid 'people of reddit' revenge type videos which is a LOT better than the failure of American democracy.
