The most unrealistic thing on this show is a bar with so many cute le***ns.

House is often outrageous, but waving a used syringe up to a child's mouth and squirting a patient's body fluid into her mouth is a HUGE crime

I wonder what House's reaction must have been when he found out who the patient was, in addition to finding out that he was also manipulated by this patient.

Kutner was the best character on the show. I can appreciate what they were trying to do with the whole awareness thing, but I really wish they hadn't killed him. Put him in a coma or something. Quitting... probably wouldn't have ever done that because he loved being on House's team. Or heck, just swap actors and pretend that he looked like the new actor all along. Soap operas do that all the time.

masters' arc is so interesting to me. it was probably the first time house actually took a look at the devastating effect he has on people and the way they proceed in medicine. he saw how much he had destroyed her sense of wonder and innocence that he couldn't ask her to consider/force her to stay like he did with chase, 13, taub, etc. he knew the level at which his demands were responsible for changing the way she sees the world. he didn't care for it with the others bc he knew they were people who already had a pretty challenging career and had experience disturbing situations; they fell in house's hands with tough skin developed. not the case with masters. and that's why he seems to feel guilty for having taken her to that breaking point. it was such an interesting arc and I feel it could've had more sense if they actually put some effort in developing masters' character past the 'naïve goody goody resident'

Everybody is taking the boyfriend's side but I have questions. What if she was a blogger that wrote about everything before they were a couple? He chose to be in a relationship with her and them got mad at her for continuing. If she started doing this during their relationship then I side with him.

5:42 I’m once again amazed by the incredible detail in acting from Robert Sean Leonard. That little voice crack after he exhales deeply and says “SiGnEd consent forms” is just such a nice touch
