Dapat iwasan ang representatives if nag aapply sa initial license ang isang individual, corporation, para maiwasan ang mga identity theft, forgery and other forms of falsifying any form of documents. Sa bank nga po lahat ng mga nagoopen ng accounts should be physically present, and conducts due diligence to probe the identities of the incorporators, existence of the office of the corporations/companies. Total sa initial process naman ay submission muna ng applications, SEC then review the documents, dapat may isang stage na mag appear sa office of the govt ang mga incorporators as part of due diligence.
