@@glendamartinez9309 thank you so much!! 🥰🥰 I use fox farm ocean forest brand of potting soil and I love it! I add extra perlite, orchid bark and horticultural charcoal to make it more airy. My mix is pretty chunky but I will adjust it to certain plants. 50% soil and I add 20% each of perlite, bark and 10% charcoal. It’s a rough estimate lol My potting soil and amendments I get off Amazon. I have used everything listed and I’ll make a batch at a time with what I have available at home! Oh my goodness it was a process 😅 I filmed it twice since the audio was messed up on my first video and after spending a day trying edit and fit it it wasn’t working so I refilmed it and had to re-edit it all over again. Your plants are just beautiful. I love string of pearls too and just yesterday repotted the pearls and my hearts into a more shallow pot. It just dawned on me that the roots are so shallow. When I thought of this I ran right out and got shallow pots for them. Hoping they thrive more than they already are! I think string of pearls are my favorite! Such a beautiful room! Nice job 👍 ❤️

I must have just been transported to a different place and time!!?? There I was happily watching this video when all of a sudden I was in Kew Gardens near London. Could a collection of houseplants be as beautiful as Kew Gardens; well I didn’t think so until this video. Wow, what a collection! The only collection I can think of to rival it is fictional and that is Arrietty’s bedroom in the Studio Ghibli film “The Secret World of Arrietty.” For those not familiar look it up and you will see why I make that claim. Your plants look very healthy and there is artistry in how you have them arranged. Fantastic job.

Thank you! 🥰 Any specific plant you mean or just in general? My variegated monsteras have a lot of new growth I don’t think they’ve had time to brown yet but I definitely know it can happen easily. I know my ficus will probably eventually too I guess I’m lucky so far with that one! My variegated adansonii has browned 2 white leaves before and they wilted off. The light definitely helps ☺️ I also trim parts of plant leaves off I don’t like too lol so if I see brown or yellow leaves they get pruned off 😂

Thank you so much! 🙏🏼 Do you mean the big one that’s trailing? My climbing one is so special I love that thing and how well it’s climbed for me. The trailing one was pretty full up top when I bought it but it’s loved being in the space so far. I haven’t repotted it yet but I let the soil dry most all the way before I water again and I fertilize with liquidirt. The leaves naturally get smaller as they trail down because of less light. It’s completely normal! When they have support to climb they will get larger leaves ☺️

Please watch “Sydney Plant Guy” channel. He grows on moss poles and his leaves are huge, but he has some videos on what he does when a plant gets to the top. He cuts the pole with the plant and repots it and then extends the pole that he cute off. It’s amazing and he continues the big growth of the top cutting. His plants are amazing.

I made a potting video too recently! It goes over everything I use. I have a fan that circulates 24/7 up ahead. I forgot to show that! It has to run all the time to circulate the air because my plant room is so warm. I get spider mites and thrips most recently but plant pests are normal and will happen no matter what ☺️

Thank you so much! So happy you’re here and thank you for watching 🙏🏼 I find them pretty easy! I have rooted them both in moss and water and they root pretty fast. I have a preference for using sphagnum moss for a lot of propagations I feel it makes the roots stronger going into soil but water is still good :)

Most of them have thicker leaves so when they feel soft and can bend more easily and they get wrinkly a bit I know they’re getting thirsty so I’ll give them a good water at that point. The mix is I use is pretty chunky too. Some of my thinner leaf Hoyas I can’t usually tell that way and I water them a little more often when the soil gets dry. I have left some of mine without water for awhile and they don’t seem to mind and I love that about them! 🥰

I have a couple moving videos I made on my channel. It was rough! I think my plants took about 2 months to fully acclimate. I experienced a lot of yellowing but for the most part they did okay! Just a lot of work with moving! 😵‍💫
