What you say is true the east coast is cheaper to live that is why we love ❤️ all the videos ❤you have shown I live in California so I know what you say is true my daughter was telling someone the other day even Texas sells you a ten bedroom mansion and plus land for twice as much less in price in what you pay for a four bedroom in California no land it’s amazing how much more you get for your money 💰 than what we pay for I. California also the most expensive place to live is New York and California this is why lots of people are watching utube videos on property in different states comparing what you get for your money 😊

I've lived in CA for 33 years but I do not say I'm from CA. I'm an Ohio boy. Go Bucks. There's so much in CA I don't like: Politics, taxes, prices, crowds but I do love the weather for sailing and beaches (I swim/body surf at least 100 days/year). Now if 80% of the people would disappear (and I get to choose which ones) it would great.

Hi Brad! It’s been a while!! Nice to see how big your channel has grown. Ok…So, I’m one of those Southern California people that think about moving out of state often. Yes, California is an expensive state to live in but there’s a reason why..two main factors come to mind, Jobs and Gorgeous Weather! I love the country properties you show but what about Jobs and weather in Kentucky? I heard you get snow and the humidity is off the charts in the summer. Fill me in Brad! 😁

Hi Cetina Country Cottage, :-) Ok, a few thoughts going on here: Weather - Cali has some parts that are considered desert - and apparently many parts of the state have water issues. Kentucky is in a more tropical climate here (depending on which map you look at) - and we get about 1" of rain per week - all year long. Snow - the honest answer with snow is we get 2"-3"... 2~3 times per year... and its gone in 2-3 days. Humidity - yes couple-three weeks a year, we have humidity, but it is nothing like Atlanta or AL, MS, FL, etc. and everything is air-conditioned. Everything. Jobs - I think you'll enjoy this: bluegrassteam.com/no-jobs-here-in-kentucky/

Well good luck for KY's people who want things to stay the way they are. When the Cali's started coming to Oregon it sent our housing market over the roof. You can not buy a home here now for less than 500K and it all started the day the move from California started in the 90's. They also move in and want to change everything to the way it was back home. So as I said good luck. You can sell all the cheap land right now but your market is in for a huge rise and the people of KY will have to buy in that same market.

It seems obvious to me why people are moving to Kentucky.Pretty soon the only thing that we are going to have left In this country,is horse racing and whiskey.Kentucky is the place to be
