6 inch cement is great you can put a semi on it and it wouldn't crack your garage floor. Normal household is 4 inches. MY father was a contractor. I was raised around heavy equipment so that place is well organized for a snow plowing business if you get snowed down there. Or farm equipment. Beautiful place.

Why is level land more valuable? And I'm ooking for a new state to move to, since all my family is gone now. I live in Virginia. Is the humidity about the same in Kentucky? I can't stand the humidity anymore. The videos you show of Kentucky are beautiful.

Level ground is easier to plow and till. By some peoples standards I guess its not super common in Kentucky. Although I think we have plenty of flat land. And to me a person can have to much flat land. Although my wife claims (falsely) that I'm crazy when I tell her that. In fact the part of Kentucky I currently live (Northern KY) is about as flat as I want. Maybe a little to flat in some places. Although we ain't yet ready to leave it. Partly job,but in large we like the Church we go to so well.

@@BradSimmons I don't recall seeing any new video's for a few days. I like to dream. Also I for one enjoy the drive ups. To me they give an idea of the area and would it be a pleasant drive or not. The drive ups can help give an idea of how acceptable the area is to my taste. I also like hearing information about the place and area. I know you can't give prices all the time,but I do like it when you can. Even a ball park range is nice. But I do understand you can't always do so. I will try not to be one of those hateful crybabies that get on my nerves even. Also when thinking of possible modifications I want to encourage, and I mean encourage not demand you think of possible modifications for mobility impaired family member when reasonably possible. I also know you can't please everybody. I have been putting video's up on Rumble myself, not real estate related, mostly bashing the PETA types, ( I really really like to eat and my food preferences would upset them). And the nasty petty criticism was at first surprising to me. I even had someone get upset because I took a minute or 2 to talk about the weather before getting to my main subject.

Hi MKB2305, I see where you're coming from - when I think of McMansions, I think of ill-constructed structures that lack integrity and are 15' from each other. One block after another, with land so tiny, only the lawn mowing crew can get on it - the owners never go outside and actually step on their few square feet of grass or yard. These are built just to show off. If you look at this property, that is not nearly the case. The house is built to stand the test of time - brick, stone, 10" thick poured concrete walls, foam insulation, poured concrete elevated patio, Pella windows and doors, lightning rods, copper flashing and bay window roof, porcelain tile, ponds and nature trails for recreation, a business running successfully in the shop, all on a dead end country road. You call this horse property if the watching the video I was disappointed there was no actual horse barn nor whether any horses. It may be an agricultural piece of land but I would not classify this as horse property without the barn and without horses. Very disappointing.
