You can try your hardest but you won’t get people living in homes even if you offer it to them due to them agreeing about rules they’d rather live outside than conform. A lot of homeless people have mental illness and don’t want to take medication or self medicate with illegal drugs.

It's not that cute out, so many people work their ass off daily and can't afford their rent, them they get kicked off foodstamps for making a little above minimum wage when their rent costs 2k a month for a one bedroom 1.3k for a studio in md.

@@PandaJustice it depends the person it's dangerous to the collectivise and assume huge issues like this are that cut and dry . Life's not that simple , someone working a $20 an hour job can't even afford a studio if they're lucky. A lot of homelessness is self inflicted, though there's a giant a mount that is not as well I've seen both sides in person and lived and seen this be true both ways.

if you listen to what he says he was working at a pot farm (probably illegal) and these people will destroy any housing you put them in because they have no respect for anything including themselves. that's why they are cast out society. so i guess we should just give them more free stuff without any questions or requirements

There is but california will not enforce law due to its socialist political people in charge and more importantly in control .Were seeing dogs in packs roaming around all over and shelters full .The Law Abiding Citizen must have a dog license and make sure the dog is vaccinated and registered, and if they dont, they get inb trouble by the city . Sadly homeless do not do that .There actually breeding the dogs to sale puppys for 20 bucks at wallmart grocery store, making money to support there life style . They are not on leashes , running in and out into the streets with traffic . If a person can not follow basic animal laws and regulations, then they should not own one .If they do and that animal bites or kills someone then hold them accountable like law abiding citizens do . I find it interesting i see them all the time buying beer and bottles of hard liquor, buying and smoking weed and doing other drugs but they cant afford the basics for a dog or even a bicyle There rideing bike with no helmit or safety equipment, no bike locks, no reflectors or lights on at night and weaving and j crossing all the time with them constantly getting hit by cars .I see them even drining beer on bikes going down the street. I was offered a bicycle that still had the 200 dollar price tag on it for 35 dollars cash . I did not buy it because i know it was stolen and i know the bike shop it came from . A week later im shopping by that bike shop and talk to the owner.He said a few weeks ago they got broke into and about 8 bikes weres stolen .I described the make and model of bike with his shops sticker on it and he said yes that was one of them .He said they allready got the police involved but they cant do anything.He said they are in the process of doing an insurance claim of 8k , 2 of the bikes stolen were electric bikes and the rest regular bikes .

Why? Homeless people were the first people to own dogs. Before people had homes we had dogs for protection, hunting and companionship. Dogs love the outdoors. I don't understand your comment.

If you already have one that's different but to purposely get a dig in that situation is wrong . Here in Connecticut you cannot a dog or any animal without proof of ownership or a letter and phone call to your landlord. That's the way it should be
