The red and green led indicators never work well, instead they often give your wrong information because they update the status slowly and thus useless. If doesn't matter if you have a reservation or not, your spot is not guaranteed. the scanner sometimes doesn't work and it's hassle to explain at the kiosk what you happened to you.
