For me, that line catch by Mancini was the turning point for the Stros, so quick. They were already coming back strong but it showed that the back-ups were just as clutch as the starting players, especially since they had multiple injured starters. Plus the Phillies should have just left when Pressley came out.

What a game! This is one of those "someone has to lose" game. Both teams have some chances but both teams' pitchers did great jobs with RISP. At the end, Houston is the team that plays little better and get the key defensive plays at the end. Phillies missed their chances, but nothing ashamed about them, they will fight to the end.

That was a great play by McCormick against the wall . Frankly get tired of commentators saying some plays are great when they are not but that play was great. Final result of Astros vs. Phillies 3 2 - result: Justin Verlander gets his first win on the mound of the World Series. NOW Houston with two home games would appear to be the title favorite. My friendly and insightful considerations were right and they agree with the excellent Manager Dusty Baker (Astros) - His First Move: Astros' defense continues to shine as McCormick jumps to the wall to rob Realmuto with extra bases. A rescue in an incredible high grip and towards the starry sky of magic. A wonder out of circus wonders. The second move is the pinnacle of wisdom: the Astros were in bad shape (1 out and two runners on the bases) and the Houston Astros bullpen is finally touched and Dusty Baker calls the relief pitcher Pressly to get out of this bad situation did it in advance and had never done it, but NOW it took balls to win by defending himself very well. The Last and Third Move: The Astros get HUGE defensive play from Mancini first base - replacing Gurriel - down the line to get the Astros out of the inning. Big stab and a big move by Dusty Baker towards (perhaps) the ultimate checkmate. It was a great baseball game designed by two teams of the same level. It's not over until it's over. NOW we expect all for all from the Philadelphia Phillies and history teaches that all is still a game in play for the love of the game. Series is 3 2 for the Houston Astros - See you next time from your Maurizio Spagna - They will be memorable and intense matches to beat or launch into history. by Maurizio Spagna - In collaboration with MLB history.

So Phillies no more Nola in the WORLD SERIES OK, SO WE HAVE 2 GAMES LEFT SO NOW IT ALL MEN ON DECK, SO IF I WAS THE COACH I WOULD ROLL THE DICE AND START ZACH EFLIN, I SAW WHEN HE CAME IN THE 4TH GAME HE PITCHED A NO HITTER BY PAINTING THE OUT SIDE CORNER WITH SLIDER, CHANGE UPS AND CURVE BALLS NO FAST BALLS THAT WHAT HOUSTON HITTER LOVE. WHAT A GAME...!!!! Kudos to Phillies to get cracking early and reply to the 1-0 lead. It was the most intense game I've witnessed in a long long time. Both team at equal at their best. May the best team win, but taking away nothing from Phillies for their determination.
