Umpire really wasted everyone's time by making Cole pitch to an extra batter only to ring Robles up on a pitch that was more off the plate than Zimmerman's. SMFH.

@@perezident7631 The thing is, I understand the logic of trying to right a wrong by wronging in the other direction. It's not right to see a runner get on, on what should've been strike 3 and then the next hitter jacking it over the fence. But you've altered the course of the game anyway and in this case it wasn't even a wrong in the first place. Could've gone either way, it just didn't go Cole's way and he made it felt. But for Robles' at bat, that was unjust regardless.

So you see, an umps attitude of authority is actually quite important*, to prevent him for buckling under pressure. Was the second call a coincidence? Who knows but he called it. * The only caveat of course being the ump is willing to look at footage afterwards and scrutinize himself. But not being able to argue balls and strikes in-game makes sense. There'd be no end in sight.

TrueRGM is back! Awesome! You know, yesterday I was watching a third party highlights package that was uploaded within about ten mins of the game's conclusion. The edits were so choppy and arbitrary that I complained to you. Then I saw a watermark in the corner and realized...it was a different channel. Guh! I hope you enjoyed your time outta town.

@@TrueRGM How does that work though? You record the stream, then whenever you want to edit, turn that part into a video file (while starting a new recording), then ingest the file into your NLE. Or maybe, (probably), modern NLE's can just take a stream directly into their timeline.

You can call us chokers, but we had legitimate reasons for yelling at that umpire. This happened for the the third game in a row, we finally make it to the World Series, gain a 2-0 lead and start choking again. Anyone who’s not a Nats fan can call us salty, but our only chance at a rally was screwed over, and most of the Astros runs were because of these calls. When the Astros got affected by it, it was only a harmless walk.

@ZERO94AIC I like watching playoff runs even if my team aren't in it and it's funny how people blame umps/refs for bad calls. Yes they do make it, but I'm sicken by 1 team saying oh refs are aganist us(Nats) when in reality Astors also had bad calls. Just get good and ignore the umps and they will less likely make bad calls on you. Umps/refs hate when you fight them and they will remember you and then get judged unless you say sorry my fault. I thought was this and that then the umps/refs says is ok, you are fine, gain respect and they will make every right call on a play you're doing/majority of the time
