Did the bowling alley guarantee that level of security to those who rented the venue? Were metal detectors part of the rental contract? If that was a private party, were invited guests sent an invitation or ticket which needed to be presented to a doorman, hostess, or guard to gain entry? If none of those is true, then there are no grounds for a lawsuit. As violence of this nature is typical among that community in Houston, Chicago, and other large cities, it is incumbent upon the party goers that they themselves assess the risk of attending such an event and choose wisely. Every single person who entered that venue that knew that their was no metal/gun detector at the door. As gun violence at such crowded gatherings is common, each guest had the opportunity to not enter when they discovered there was no gun detector, guest screening, or little security. People must take responsibility for their own safety and communities "of color" need to make aggressive efforts to do better parenting from a VERY young age and training amongst their youth in critical analytical thinking skills, conflict resolution, and anger management to cultivate a much less violent culture. Blaming others for a problem created at home is useless. It is what it is. And it has gotten waaaay out of hand. I was born not far from Houston. I would be terrified to visit Houston today ... or pretty much any other large city in the US.

I agree the autopsy report says close range he right there on Takeoff so he could've easily did it and run back into the bowling alley. Also, where is the camera footage from outside of the bowling alley?
