Oh I know that voice from anywhere. That’s GySgt Pearson! He is by far one of the best Drill Instructors I know. He was actually my Drill instructor when I was in EHP over at PI. He then picked up a platoon and became the SDI over at Echo Company 2nd Battalion. This man is a legend.

Not in my years in the Marines from 1956 to 1964 ist Marine Div we where not Germans goose stepping looks dumb but we dug our heels in you do not need to goose step to get a good sound.
@Man_Cave11 ай бұрын
I graduated from PI in 1981 and we raised our legs up knee high and set our heels down firmly. It sounded like thunder. It was basically a half-goose step. It was unique to the Marine Corps. It would seem that Marines, today, march like wimpy girly-men in comparison. It's a shame. We were very proud of our unique marching style. Now, they march no different than the Army (which is pathetic).
