Today is May 9th 2024 @ 8:30 Am - 9:00Am Well coming into Panera Bread at Monterey and 111 in Palm Desert I came in this morning and sit down and grabbed a hold of my coffee and everything and sitting at the table and I noticed her Riverside County sheriff's officer coming into the door she was a young lady that was coming in she stood by the soda machine for at least 30 minutes waiting on the food that she ordered but yet she never understood that she was unlawfully entering private property with no proper escort by the property owner. I do understand that you're doing business and you have to do business with the public being that you're a public run restaurant that means that you fall under a federal law that states it's unlawful for anybody that wears a badge for The City the county or the state or the federal government of the State of California to be in a public accessible restaurant into the law it's a felony ruling and it's also a federal law. So what I'm asking is is there any way that you can find the video tape and go through all the video tape that you do have because each one of them that you can prove that has been on this lot is a charge for breaking and entering because it's unlawful for any of them to be on your lot and you have video evidence of it. Friday 05-17-2024 @ Panera Bread Location 401265 @ Monterey and El Paseo Here this morning I was sitting there rolling a cigarette joined up to smoke a cigarette manager came up to me and told me that it was illegal for me to have this cigarettes inside the facility of a Panera Bread to even be rolling a cigarette in the Panera Bread it's illegal for me to have any tobacco products within 500 to 200 ft of the property how that would contest for everybody in the facility to leave their pack of cigarettes from the curb outside of the property line but how you can't drive in the parking lot can't sit inside but how you can bring your pack of cigarettes in and sit there and have a pack of cigarettes in the store but I can't roll a rollable cigarette to go outside and smoke. But thank God they give these rules to everybody that walks through there and pays the bill $14.99 every fucking month for three fucking years straight right glad they have a job for that $14.99 today.
