Houston Police Chief Troy Finner retires

Houston Police Chief Troy Finner has announced that he is retiring, according to an email obtained by FOX 26 from Mayor John Whitmire. This comes amid an investigation into HPD's handling of thousands of incident reports that were suspended with the code "lack of personnel" over the past several years.

Retired ?... Theses were rape and murder cases. He should be in Prison alone with Sylvester LGBTQ Turner. 180K lives was effected by this decision they made. Being able to retire is a huge slap in those many victims faces. That low down dude will get a pension for the rest of his life.
