I live right across the street from Memorial City Mall. Been living here for over 10 years and oversaw the changes to this district. It really has come a long way. Im glad I never moved. Every morning I wake up and run laps around the mall parking lot. Its refreshing to see how better this area has gotten. The connecting sky bridges from the hospital to the mall, and to the office park makes it so much easier for pedestrians to get across the street with the high traffic. The Crown on top of the hospital tower is definitely a sight to see. Everyone thought it was going to be a restaurant or an observation deck for the staff and patients. But unfortunately it just turned out to be VIP offices for high ranking medical staff… the crazy part is those VIP offices are still vacant to this day. They ended up not filling the offices in so its just a bunch of empty offices and used as storage… no one is allowed up there except for security or maintenance. Its a shame because that crown could have been something cool for the staff and patients. For now all its good for is decoration. Im hoping one day it will be open to the public. It will definitely bring in more revenue.

Good to hear that Houston is in South America, as it looks like it's booming, construction going. Houston is the cornerstone of the Texas Triangle (TETA) Further South, in the "Southern" part of South America, where I come from, the progress is much slower. Also the new Royal Caribbean Cruise Terminal in Galveston will be needing a new "Passenger Boarding Bridges" (PBB"s) - can be easily made with a bit of steel, concrete and glass, they are apparently needed for airports, cruise ships etc. It's the easiest "construction project" on Planet Earth, and you would not believe it, they sell the PBB's for big money, raking-in MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for PARTEMEA, where the parasite then has handle, to employ ONLY PEOPLE OF A CERTAIN DEMOGRAPHIC, AND NOT THE LOCALS.
